4 officers with the Colorado Springs Police Division related to a deadly police taking pictures have been recognized.
Officers Scott Ferguson, Ray Shepard, Ryan Paine and Thorin Fash are on administrative depart per division coverage following the Dec. 10 taking pictures within the 3600 block of Austin Bluffs Parkway, in keeping with a police information launch on Friday.
